This requires a great deal of consideration on the part of the business owner, as it’s necessary to first identify and then explain that vision.

This questionnaire is designed to help you identify the areas of concern within your business, and how you would ideally like to see them work.

It will take some effort in the beginning to identify and clarify everything required, but the idea is that the work up front is worth the ongoing rewards.
